  After waiting 55mins for my order, when i called the restaurant - the guy says that my order is not prepared and will take another hour AND if i don't want it after an hour then told me to cancel. that was rude and ridiculous. it was already 10:15pm when they are telling me this. (THAT TOO WHEN I GAVE A PHONE CALL).
  
  SUGGESTION:
  NEXT TIME CALL BACK THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 5-10mins IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO DELIVER ON TIME. SO THAT ONE CAN ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.
